What is covered by the registration fee?

During the conference:
• Access to all scientific plenary sessions, company exhibition and poster area
• Electronic Abstract Book and Programme
• Coffee/Tea, drinks, snacks during Coffee breaks and lunch buffet during the lunch breaks from May 6-7, 2022


Conference registration
By registering for the meeting, you agree to complete an independent health check prior to entering the event side. (Do you have cough? Do you have shortness of breath? Did you have contact to a Covid-19 positiv tested person?)
In case of symptoms of disease, suspected or confirmed Covid-19 infection, do NOT enter the venue under any circumstances.
A mouth-nose-protection is mandatory for the whole meeting. Therefore, a correct placed mouth-nose-protection must be worn during the entire event and when entering the venue, except when eating meals in designated areas, while maintaining a minimum distance of at least 1 meter. In case of non-compliance with these or any regulations set by the authorities, the organizer is free to ask the person concerned to leave the venue. In this case, a refund of the registration fee is excluded.

Registration to the event should be made online prior to the event.
Only fully completed online registrations will be accepted. An invoice will be sent after the receipt of your registration, a confirmation of payment will be sent upon receipt of payment in full. If the full payment has not been received before the deadline indicated, the registration will remain valid, however the due fee will be increased according to the payment period (early/regular/onsite).
To be able to register as a student, individuals must present proof of fulltime enrolment at a recognised university or college or an according programme (i.e. student ID, confirmation of head of department, etc.) either by uploading their student ID during registration or by sending the ID via fax or email immediately after completing the registration or during the on site registration process.
The registration fee for registered participants includes entry to all scientific plenary sessions, the company exhibition and poster area, the opening and the closing session, provided that sufficient seating space is available. Please note that the security personnel of the staff onsite are responsible for granting or denying access to conference halls in case of overfilling, according to room capacities and national legislation. The conference organiser cannot guarantee available space in every session
The conference organisers cannot guarantee that a conference bag and other conference materials will be available for late registrations. All conference materials will be distributed on-site.
If the maximum delegate capacity is reached, the conference organisers reserve the right to refuse additional registrations.
The registration fees include 20% of Austrian VAT.

Payment modalities

Payment of Registration Fees, must be made in EURO by:
Credit Card: Mastercard, Visa and Diners Club.
Bank Transfer to the conference account until April 27, 2022.
Payments need to be made without charges to the beneficiary. Clearly state the registration number, invoice number and participant’s name when processing the transaction.

The reduced registration fee is only applicable, if it has also been paid to the congress account, meeting the according deadlines.

Registering without performing an actual payment will automatically set your balance to the fee applicable onsite.
Please note that onsite it is only possible to make payment in Euros. 

Confirmation of Registration
You will receive written confirmation of registration by mail when the registration form has been received and the payment has been credited to the congress account. Kindly note that payments made within 2 weeks prior to the conference cannot be confirmed in writing. If you made a bank transfer within this period, it will be essential to bring a proof of payment of your registration fee, when collecting the registration material.
After April 27, 2022 the online registration will be closed. In case of payment received after the respective deadline, the registration fee will be changed to the "Onsite Fee". The difference amount has to be paid while checkin at the Onsite Desk at the conference venue. The Onsite Desk will open on Friday, May 6, 2022, at 08.00 hrs.

Cancellations and refunds

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail to the Conference Office: 

Registration fees may be refunded if written cancellation has been received as follows:

The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the Dentistry 4.0 Conference Registration Department is received.
In the case of over-payment or double payment, refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the Dentistry 4.0 Conference Registration Department by email.
No refunds will be granted for unattended events or early termination of attendance, in case of cancellation of speakers, lack of space in the conference room or any other incidents during the conference, which are beyond the control of the conference organisers.
No exceptions to the refund policy can be made, including health or family issues, however, we welcome substitute delegates at any time. By registering to the Dentistry 4.0 participants agree that neither the organising committee nor the congress office assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance. The conference fee does not include insurance.

Reverse Charge

If your registration fee is paid on behalf of a business/company based within the European Union, you may opt to pay the VAT in your own country (REVERSE CHARGE). To claim reverse charge, please enter a valid VAT number in your online registration (under the step “payment”). If the system identifies the VAT number to be valid, only the net amount will be invoiced.

Note: Because the conference organiser is based in Austria, Austrian businesses cannot claim reverse charge.
